For us, quality means a product that runs smoothly on your machine from day one, and being there when you need us. We define our approach to quality not only through general principles but through the concrete steps we apply to orders. • Customer satisfaction: Recommending the right product before the sale, and staying within reach for installation, service and spare parts after it.
• Openness and reliability: Being clear about what a product can and cannot do, and backing the information we give with measurements and tests.
• Fair cost: Offering the product that fits the need at a reasonable price, without compromising on quality.
• Continuous improvement: Measuring, reviewing the results, and regularly developing both our production and our team’s knowledge.

Quality in practice

Material selection

The body material is chosen to suit the operating conditions: aluminium extrusion profile where low weight matters, cold-drawn steel tube where strength comes first. Shaft journals are made from hardened special steel, and surfaces are protected with anodising, hard chrome or journal plating on request, depending on the material. Drawing-based orders

Shaft journals and made-to-measure parts are CNC-machined to the customer’s technical drawing.

Testing before dispatch

Before dispatch, our air shafts and adapters are tested for air tightness, strength and balance.

Feedback

Every piece of feedback from the field, whether an installation question or an early wear report, is a source of information for improving the product and the process.
