Mechanical Aluminium Adapter

Overview

The mechanical aluminium adapter is a core adapter used between an air shaft and a core whose inner diameter differs from the shaft diameter. It offers an option where the same machine has to run with different core sizes. The shaft and core sizes it will be used with are confirmed at quotation stage, based on your information.

The adapters are made in standard and special diameters; they are suitable for use with steel cores and can also be made in rubber. The aluminium profiles are anodised to protect them against corrosion and impact and to increase surface hardness. Products are tested before shipment. Applications

It can be used on packaging, printing, paper and plastic film lines, on machines that wind onto different core sizes for different orders.
